1. WHO WE ARE
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of any masterclass, programme, event, or digital product from Leo Rising HQ Ltd, trading as Katie Diffley Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.

2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer the following types of products and services:

• Live masterclasses and webinars delivered via online platforms including Zoom.
• Online programmes and courses delivered digitally.
• Digital downloads including workbooks, templates, and resources.
• Membership communities and group programmes.
• In-person and virtual events.

3. PURCHASING
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. All prices are displayed in US dollars ($) unless otherwise stated. Where VAT applies it will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LIVE EVENTS - REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of our digital products and live events, all sales are final once purchase is complete.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product or live event.
• You waive your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
• No refunds will be issued once purchase is complete, regardless of whether you attend the live session or access the digital content.

This waiver is confirmed by the mandatory tick box completed at checkout. Where a live event is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund.

5. ACCESS AND DELIVERY

• Live masterclasses and events: Access details including Zoom links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout prior to the event date.
• Replay access: Where a replay is included in your purchase, access will be provided following the live session. Unless otherwise stated at point of purchase, replay access is lifetime.
• Digital downloads: Where applicable, download links will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
• Programmes and memberships: Access details will be provided by email within 48 hours of purchase.

We are not responsible for technical issues on the part of the purchaser including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or platform access issues.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided as part of any purchase remain the intellectual property of Leo Rising HQ Ltd. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results shared in our marketing materials are from real clients and reflect individual outcomes. Individual results will vary based on your business, effort, and application. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in any of our products or programmes.

8. VAT AND TAXATION
Leo Rising HQ Ltd is VAT registered in Ireland. VAT Number: IE3946258VH.
Where applicable, VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate based on your location and the nature of the product purchased, in accordance with Irish and EU VAT regulations.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By completing a purchase you consent to us processing your data for the purpose of delivering your purchase and communicating with you about it. We will only send marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent at checkout.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
